Working directly with the Server leadership team, Omnivore was tasked to fundamentally reimagine both their position in the marketplace as well as to create a comprehensive and innovative, concept-to-execution industrial design across their primary portfolio of offerings. The genesis of Omnivore’s brand strategy efforts began with shifting the organization’s focus to a design-first mindset, leading to the new tagline Intelligent By Design™. This tagline became both a rallying cry and an ultimatum – to redefine smallwares efficiency in form, function and intelligence. Working side-by-side with Omnivore, the Server engineering team developed their proprietary SmartWares™ technology — smart-enabled yet entirely intuitive UX and functionality. The result are units that are category-changing yet wholly relevant to today’s operator and consumer needs. Omnivore also developed a new digital presence, a progressive selling narrative, and door-opening sales propositions and solutions to several of the largest national chains in the industry.
